It has been over fifteen years since my family moved from the beautiful mountains of
Morgantown West Virginia. It was there that we were first introduced to something called a
Pepperoni Roll. We didn't make a big deal at first. You could buy them at your local grocer or
convenient store. After tasting them though myself and my family realized how very addictive
these meat filled rolls were. We were eating them all the time. You could eat them right out of
the bag, no heating needed. That was easy enough and they were so good.
We were very disappointed to learn after moving from West Virginia that you couldn't find
pepperoni rolls anywhere. No one knew what they were. After constant complaints from my
family I started working on a recipe for pepperoni rolls. Finally through trial and error I had found
that delicious taste again. I introduced these rolls to co workers,friends and extended family,
and have been making them since that time.
The business is now located in Charleston SC and though people here were first unfamiliar
with pepperoni rolls, they have now fallen in love with them.
